T.L.C.

What's better than having total control? Answer having total control of your life.  Seems impossible, yes, that's true but once you balance your emotions and close off people that depend on you for constant support, you will begin the first steps to owning control!

When was the last time you gave yourself some tender loving care TLC? You probably can't remember.  There's nothing wrong with being selfish to yourself.  Haters will hate but no one is ever around when you are feeling like you have hit rock bottom.  Evaluate your circle.  Know limitation of what you share that the TLC to begin your road to control with.

When he or she says they want to love you, ask if they know how to love themselves.  That's true and total TLC.

I AM STRONGER

Don't fall in love with someone who says the right things.  Fall in love with someone who does the right things.

Don't use your energy to worry, use your energy to believe.  The most important value you can have for yourself is self-respect.

A strong person is not the one who doesn't cry.  A strong person is the one who cries and shed tears for a moment, then gets up and fights again!

WORK HARD

Let go of the things that don't make you happy.  Figure out what does make you happy and do more of it.

Let go of people in your life that egg on and praise negativity.  If something hasn't happened for you it doesn't mean it's never going to happen, it might mean that you're not ready for it yet.

Don't complain about your circumstances.  In life just work harder to make your life different and better.

CONTROL

In life you must do what will make you happy.  Seek things that bring you joy and peace of mind.  The most important thing in life is your integrity and self-worth.

Never allow someone else to inform you of what your future needs to be.  Make sure you don't start seeing yourself through the eyes of those who don't value you.  Know your worth even if they don't!
Stand up for yourself and learn to. It make time for people who can't make time for you.  Learn to take time to know and love yourself first, and let life take its course.  Allow yourself to remain in control.

HAPPY DAYS

Happy Days are those days when the bills are paid, kids have their school supplies, the refrigerator is packed, house chores are done and you have extra spending money.

Happy Days consist of good health, supportive family, true friends and a good paying job.

Happy Days begin with the sun shinning to give you ample energy, to the sun setting in order to get you going to the moon beaming to set your romantic mood.

Oh Happy Day! Is the day we are all living in harmony, no wars, no sibling rivalry, no skin color to divide us and everyone can talk and get along.

Happy Days should last seven days a week, 24 hours a day!

FORBIDDEN

Temptation is real.  There may come a point in life where you desire, lust and dream of being in a relationship with someone you are forbidden to be with.  Often we just rely on the fantasy of the unknown.  The idea of wanting something or someone you just cannot have.  It's a high in its own right.

Forbidden touch, smell or look, of a man or woman can make your heart race, bring you to your knees or send you crying.  The desire to want or need to hold that person can be painful but there are boundaries.  It's not cheating to look, stare or wink.  But it's forbidden to go all the way.  Forbidden love if it were meant to be then it would have been.

Respect what is, do not be tempted by what is forbidden.

"Thank you for being a friend, traveled down the road and back again. Your heart is true your a pal and a confidant and if you through a party invited everyone you knew.  You would be the biggest gift would be from me and the card attached would say thank you for being a friend".

Our first best friends are our siblings and cousins.  It's women friendship month and I want to thank all the women that have been so influential in my life-mother, aunts, sisters, cousins and enormous female friends.  It's always a pleasure to be supportive of one another and mean what we say to one another.

As women we should stand united, let go of pettiness and form a bond to conquer the world.  I say thank you to my women friends.
