You cannot and must not try to erase the past merely because it does not fit your present life. Understand that it is because of your past history you have a strong presence today.
Pay homage to the things you went through in life and the people you encountered whether good or bad they helped shape your here and now. There is no need to be ashamed or embarrassed it is what it is and you are who you are.
Stop playing peek and boo and hide and seek stand up, stand down and seek what you have been hiding from.
Analyze that so we can analyze this!
