FORGIVE

Forgiveness may sometimes seem daunting but it is essential for self progress.  If you hold resentment, blame or un-forgiveness in your heart you lose balance.  Realize when you are willing to forgive and let go of anger and guilt you feel brand new and positive.

When you forgive you are not granting anyone permission to harm you or someone else you are simply releasing the energy that you carried about mistakes you and others have made.  The past is the past move forward with compassion love and kindness towards yourself and others.

As you forgive you can change your thoughts, words and action.

Analyze that so we can analyze this!
