GOOD HEALTH

We often take for granted the bodies we are built with.  We neglect the warning signs that we need self-care.  We are often quick to find the money for a tune up or an oil change to our cars or money for a new perm.  Yet, we complain about finances to aid ourselves for the betterment of our health.

Starting today make those needed medical appointments and get those annual physicals in.  We all need to not neglect the most important person in our world, ourselves.  Take time out from your busy day.  Prepare a home cook healthy meal, drink more water take the multi vitamin and finally exercise for 30 minutes a day.

As we begin 2013 let's do it in good health.

Analyze that so we can analyze this!
